You stand in the foyer, small particles of dust illuminated in the moonlight.

You manage to pry open the door to the bathroom.
You haven't been in here in a while, the old rubber duck is still on the edge of the grainy bathtub like it always is. You know it has a name, you can never remember what it was. The mirror surrounded by lightbulbs has stopped working a long time ago, but it always looks nice.
You open the cabinet under the sink, amongst the rusty pipes, you find an old bottle of watermelon shampoo. The scent is still somewhat strong even after all these years.

<<set $bag to Inventory.create()>>You enter the house. The old, decrepit and worn interior of the foyer greets you; cobwebs and drapped sheets welcoming you inside. The once ornate and detailed wallpaper is now faded and peeling. The wooden floorboards are old and rotting, creaking with each step. A few flecks of moonlight are scattered about from the crystals of the old chandelier hanging above you, somehow it hasn't fallen down yet.
You know what you're here to do, they always hide in tricky spots every year. You have an itching suspicion that there's one in the [[stairway]], one in the [[study]], and one in the [[kitchen]].

A few posters of various bands, TV shows, and movies are still hanging on the walls, just barely. Some of the books are still on their shelves, along with a porcelain figure of a dog, completely covered in dust, but still looking happy nonetheless.
The bed is a twin, covered with what used to be a brightly colored quilt, now worn and riddled with stains from time. It's cold from what you feel, you remember this room used to be so warm when you visited.
